Our latest project pays homage to the vintage Santa Barbara style found in Southern California. This style is a slight departure from our two previous Tuscan inspired projects. This home is situated on a private 1.013 acre site located in the same cul-de-sac as our acclaimed 2006 Parade of homes residence. This one story home has a unique layout that is in the shape of a C and orients entirely around the pool that features a lavish fountain, spa, and separate pool cabana. We are certain that this particular masterpiece will become a classic.
With approximately 10,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor living areas, and like all of our projects, passion for detail sets this home apart. Guests will enter the residence through a covered vestibule that serves as a buffer to the primary house. The private entry courtyard features a vine-covered trellis and is flanked by live oak trees surrounded by a circular stone wall. A separate guest casita features its' own fireplace and offers both privacy and tranquility. The master bathroom opens onto a private owner's courtyard that includes a fountain. The entire home is oriented around approximately 2,510 square feet of outdoor living and dining areas which feature an outdoor kitchen, outdoor fireplace, plastered colonnade, timbered ceilings, and magnificent, designer pool and spa. Unique to this home is a poolside cabana with kitchen that is intended to cater to those who plan on entertaining numerous guests. Completing this residence are five bedrooms, six and a half baths, wine storage room, game room, library, and three car garage. Elaborately landscaped, this home is exquisitely beautiful and very unique.
